Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make the process simple and fair for both sellers and attendees.

🕒 Cancellation by Attendees

  • Attendees can request a cancellation up to 24 hours before the event start time to be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

❌ Event Cancellations by Sellers

  • If an event is cancelled by the seller, all registered attendees will receive a full refund automatically.

  • Attendees will be notified via email with details and refund status.

📩 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

  1. Go to your My Bookings section

  2. Select the event you’d like to cancel

  3. Click Request Refund and follow the prompts

💬 Refund Eligibility Notes

  • Digital products or downloadable content may not be eligible for refunds once accessed.

  • Refund approvals are subject to the seller’s specific terms if listed on the event page.

  • In the case of disputes, EventPro’s support team may mediate to ensure fair resolution.

  • All refund requests must comply with EventPro’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

  • EventPro reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or policy violation.
