Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to make the process simple and fair for both sellers and attendees.
🕒 Cancellation by Attendees
Attendees can request a cancellation up to 24 hours before the event start time to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
❌ Event Cancellations by Sellers
If an event is cancelled by the seller, all registered attendees will receive a full refund automatically.
Attendees will be notified via email with details and refund status.
📩 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:
Go to your My Bookings section
Select the event you’d like to cancel
Click Request Refund and follow the prompts
💬 Refund Eligibility Notes
Digital products or downloadable content may not be eligible for refunds once accessed.
Refund approvals are subject to the seller’s specific terms if listed on the event page.
In the case of disputes, EventPro’s support team may mediate to ensure fair resolution.

EventPro reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or policy violation.
