📄 Service Provider Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of EventPro’s platform by registered service providers (freelancers, organizers, sellers, etc.). By signing up as a seller, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Eligibility

To become a service provider, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details

  • Comply with all applicable laws and EventPro’s policies


2. Account & Profile

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of your account.

  • EventPro reserves the right to verify your identity and suspend accounts with false or incomplete information.

  • Sellers must keep their event listings, pricing, and availability up to date.


3. Listings & Content

  • You may list events, services, or digital offerings that comply with our Community Guidelines.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing content, pricing, and fulfillment.

  • Misleading, inappropriate, or prohibited content is grounds for removal or suspension.


4. Payments & Fees

  • EventPro charges a service fee on each successful transaction (outlined on the pricing page).

  • Payouts are issued to your selected payment method after the deduction of applicable fees.

  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with your earnings.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You must clearly communicate your cancellation/refund policies within your listing.

  • If an event is cancelled by you, all attendees must receive a full refund.

  • Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may result in account restrictions.


6. Code of Conduct

  • Treat attendees and users respectfully and professionally.

  • Do not spam, mislead, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

  • Maintain a high standard of service to build trust and reputation on the platform.


7. Termination

  • EventPro may suspend or terminate your seller account for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, or legal infractions.

  • You may request account closure at any time by contacting support.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • EventPro is not responsible for damages resulting from seller-offered services or event experiences.

  • You agree to indemnify EventPro against any claims arising from your services or actions.


9. Modifications

  • We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes.

  • Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
